Mr. Asghar has represented many parties in disputes over the Property and Real estate Issues. Mr. Siddiqi is qualified in Cost Engineering and Project Management of Schools, Civic Centers and Retail Outlets. Activities handled include evaluation of Tenders and the Financial & Project Management of small to medium construction and building projects.

Khawaja Sahib is an experienced Advocate within the Civil law Department having qualified in March 2007. He has experience of advocacy at all levels of the Courts.

Mr. Hashim is a solicitor in the Corporate Department.
Mr. Hashim originally trained as an Advocate; he is also holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He joined M/s Qadeer Ahmad Siddiqi Law Associates as a paralegal before qualifying as an Advocate High Court in 2007.
He has built a fine reputation for getting very good results for those clients he represents. He has experience of dealing with a wide range of cases at all levels of courts, including corporate matters.
At present he is heading our Multan Office and Corporate Department.
Mr. Hashim is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and English & Siraiki.

Mr. Shahid is an Associate of the firm, and Branch Head of the Criminal Justice Department, in Multan Registry. He was admitted as an Advocate in 2004, having previously been called to the Bar (2002).
Mr. Shahid Mehmud Araien is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, and acts for parties in child care proceedings brought by Criminal justice services, in matters of Murder Trials and Appeals. Mr. Shahid has represented children, parents, grandparents and other interested parties in such proceedings. He is highly regarded by his clients for his supportive and sensitive approach in this type of highly Professional charged proceedings.

Mr. MAG Siddiqi is a Karachi based advocate representing our firm in the field of marry time Legal issues, marine insurance claims, damages surveys, charter party disputes, marine environmental and oil spill issues, ports and ships security training and all marine/shipping matters etc.

Mr. Javed Iqbal is a Senior Asset Director at M/s Qadeer Ahmad Siddiqi Law Associates, where he oversees several of Firm’ residential and mixed-use properties. Mr. Javed Iqbal also leads our capital market activities and is involved in investment acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.
Mr. Iqbal also spends time analyzing new real estate investments and he is also responsible for the affairs of the Attock Brach Office of the Firm. Mr. Iqbal received a Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University and is an active member of Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Attock.
